Willa's Shortbreads bakes their cookies from scratch the old fashioned way, and incorporating local honey. This Wildflower Honey has a wonderful flavor and nice amber color. The flavor of the honey varies with the flowers that are in bloom when it's harvested so be sure to try them often and see if you can tell the difference.
